Due to COVID-19, your shipment may be interrupted or delayed during transit, depending on your location.
1. We accept all major credit cards and paypal for payment.
2. All orders will be shipped within 1-5 Business Days of payment receipt. Protective Bubble envelope is used (or box) to send the package. For larger orders please give us an extra day.
3. Please check to make sure your address is correct while placing your order. If we happen to catch an insufficient address, we'll send an email and you have 24 hours to respond. If no response, a refund will be issued minus any processing fees that occurred during this transaction. We cannot be held liable for lost packages due to wrong or insufficient addresses supplied.
4. No changes can be made and no cancellations are accepted once the order has shipped.
5. Seeds needs many take several weeks, months, and some even up towards a year depending on dormancy, region, season etc. It is important that the buyer understands that seeds are perishable products and seed germination can be adversely affected by such factors as mold/fungus, bugs, temperature, moisture content, light intensity, dormancy, care, contamination of planting media among many other reasons.
6. Item color displayed in photos may be showing slightly different on your computer monitor since monitors are not calibrated same.
7. Perishable seeds such as fresh harvest/moist seeds are shipped at your own discretion. While we do prepare fresh seeds properly, know that these type of seed 'can' display a moldy residue if packaged for longer than 10 days. This can be remedied in some cases by washing seeds in soapy water. Some perishable seeds may be germinating during shipping.
8. For live plants, we can't send them to Alaska and Hawaii. If the order has already been placed, we will cancel it.
