Periwinkle Dwarf White Little Blanche Catharanthus Roseus is an evergreen, flowering, tender perennial shrub native to Madagascar. The botanical name Vinca Rosea is often used to identify this plant, and Periwinkle Dwarf White Little Blanche seeds germinate fast, and Vinca Rosea establishes itself rapidly. Commonly known as Madagascar Periwinkle, Rosy Periwinkle, Teresita Vinca, Cape Periwinkle, Rose Periwinkle, and Old-Maid, this particular Catharanthus Roseus blooms with large, phlox-like pure-white flowers all summer long attracting butterflies and other pollinators.
