The Mountain Bluet Cornflower seeds can be started indoors or outdoors, and also called Mountain Cornflower or Perennial Cornflower, this compact, clumping plant variety has silvery-green foliage with slightly hairy flower stems that bear true blue, uniquely shaped, fringed flowers with reddish-black centers.
